As adherent to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I uphold the ICF Code of Ethics and Principles. This ensures that all coaching interactions are conducted with professionalism, integrity, and respect for client autonomy.

All coaching sessions are confidential, in line with the ICF Code of Conduct. We will not share your information without your consent unless required by law (e.g., safeguarding concerns).

We maintain clear boundaries, avoid conflicts of interest, and ensure that coaching services are delivered with transparency and fairness.

 

5. Privacy and Data Protection

5.1. Privacy Policy:

My Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect your data in compliance with the UK GDPR and DPA 2018.

7. Payment and Cancellation

7.1. Fees and Payment:

Fees for coaching sessions, programmes, workshops, webinars, and courses are outlined on the Coaching Agreement and Programmes Brochure provided via e-mail and must be paid in advance and in instalments unless agreed otherwise.

 

7.2. Cancellation Policy:

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24-hour notice.

Cancellations made within this period may be refunded or rescheduled.

No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded.

Workshops, webinars, and courses—whether online or face-to-face—require a reschedule or cancellation notice period of 15 working days for online events and 30 working days for face-to-face events.

7.3. Refunds for Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for downloadable resources are not provided, except as required by law.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Website and services are provided "as available." We make no guarantees regarding the outcomes of coaching services.

 

8.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:

Loss of income, business, or profits.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Outcomes resulting from decisions made during or after coaching.

If you are dissatisfied with my services, please contact me to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may seek guidance from Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services or pursue claims in the UK Small Claims Court where applicable.
